Watch a Tour of the Website

    • There are two accounts you will have with Picturestitch.
    • One is on the website for buying designs and downloading them.
    • The other is strictly the billing system that renews your memberships and generates your monthly (or yearly) coupon.
    • We no longer send coupons manually and the coupons you get are good from the date you sign up to the date is renews. For example, if you sign up on the 12th of February, your coupon is good from February 12th until March 12th when your membership renews, and a new coupon is generated.
    • You will get a new coupon every time your membership renews. If you are on an annual plan, you will get one coupon for 365 days. If you’re on a monthly plan, you’ll get a new code every 1 month. These ensure you get every day you’re paying for.
    • YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REMEMBER YOUR CODE! When you checkout, your code will already be there. All you have to do is CLICK the button to APPLY it to your cart. So easy!
These are two different logins and uses your main/administrative email address that is in paypal, to link both accounts. This is why you have to use your paypal email address for BOTH accounts. You don’t have to have the same login names or passwords, but the EMAIL address must be the same.
